Dosering van cefazoline
- bij een operatie duur < 4 uur: eenmalig 2g cefazoline iv. (bij een BMI > 40: eenmalig 3g iv.)
- bij een operatie duur > 4 uur of bij een bloedverlies >1500 ml.: na 4 uur cefazoline 2g iv. herhalen (bij een BMI > 40: 3g iv. herhalen)
